Instruction will cover preparing and handling the flowers, safely\u003cbr\u003ethreading each bloom, developing color and pattern, and securely finishing the garland.\u003cbr\u003eEach participant will receive enough flowers and materials to create eight total feet of\u003cbr\u003eblooming garland.
