Coming Soon-ish: A Native Poppy Book

We are thrilled to share that Native Poppy's first book will be published in early 2027!
Together, Native Poppy's founder Natalie Gill, vice president Meg Blancato, and gift buyer Erin Dollar wrote a guidebook for expanding your creativity through floral design, with 37 floral projects that enhance your life and your relationships. We’re celebrating a major milestone: we just turned in the manuscript and photos to our publisher!

We’ve been working on this project for over two years already, with the support of our book agent, Leslie Jonath of Connected Dots Media, and the guidance of our editor Makenna Goodman at Timber Press (an imprint of Hachette). We were thrilled to work with talented photographer Brogen Jessup to capture the images for this book – together we’ve created a collection of accessible floral projects that will add beauty to all seasons of life.
While we can’t reveal all the details quite yet, we’re excited to share some peeks behind the scenes during the making of the Native Poppy book!

Bringing a Native Poppy book to life has been a true labor of love, both for the authors, and for the whole Native Poppy team who made this project possible with their support. The result is a manifestation of our team’s mission: sharing our perspective on the power of flowers, and empowering floral enthusiasts around the world to use flowers to connect with their loved ones.

We're lucky to have built a beautiful floral community through our workshops, eCourses, and flowering for our San Diego neighbors for over a decade, and we’re grateful for your encouragement as we’ve sown the seeds for this project. While Timber Press hasn’t finalized the release date yet, we hope it will be on the shelves for flower lovers to discover in early 2027.
Follow along for pre-order info, updates about special book release events, and more peeks behind the scenes as this book comes to life! We're so grateful for our community: we can't wait to share The Power of Flowers with you.
