Donation to Native Poppy

On January 22nd, 2024, Native Poppy's Mission Valley design warehouse and retail store was badly damaged during a heavy rainstorm that passed over San Diego. With flood water reaching over three feet high inside the warehouse, much of our merchandise, furniture, electronics, supplies, and delivery vehicles have been damaged or destroyed.

While we wait for a full assessment of the damage, and work with a flood restoration company to clean and repair our space, we must temporarily cease operations from our Mission Valley location.

What we already know: the damage is extensive. Unfortunately, our insurance broker has informed us that we do not have flood coverage, which means we have an expensive road ahead. You may be aware that this is our second round of bad luck in recent memory. We feel like we're still getting our footing after the car crashed into our South Park location in 2022! Our team has been through a lot together in the past few years, which has created a wonderful bond with our community. But once again, we are asking for your help.

We are so grateful for the outpouring of support from our community. Your donation will help us adapt during this difficult time, and support our amazing team of Poppies as we rebuild and restore our design warehouse, which is where we've built flowers for countless weddings and events. It's a space our team relies on to create floral magic, and your support will help us hold onto our incredible team, pivot our warehouse operations over to our South Park and Solana Beach retail stores, and give our team the opportunity to continue bringing magical moments to our community.
